About our Accommodation
At De Haven Oost wedding venue we pamper our guests with accommodation in a one of a kind industrial vintage village. Our accommodation has been designed to take you back to a forgotten time. With beautifully decorated rooms, pampering cotton percale linen, snug duvets and en-suite bathrooms you can kick your feet back and relax.
How to make a Booking
Step 1: Click on the "De Haven Oost accommodation online" button above and follow the steps to book your Unit.
A 50% non-refundable EFT payment must be made to confirm your booking date and unit.
PLEASE NOTE: Use the following reference method with your payment: Your Surname, date of arrival and Unit no i.e. Botha6May15F. Send your proof of payment to: accommodation@dehavenoost.co.za.
Step 2: After your deposit has been paid you will receive an email confirming your booking.
Step 3: Final Payment must be made 7 days before your arrival using our online accommodation booking system. Remember to send your proof of payment to: accommodation@dehavenoost.co.za.
Step 4: By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions stated below.

On day of departure please leave your keys in your room and lock the door when you leave the unit. R 250 will be for your account and payable by you if you do not leave the key in the unit.Breakage / shortage / will be for your account.
Safety & Security
Your safety and security is as important to us as your comfort. We offer a safe and secure facility to our Guests. We do however urge you to take precaution for yourself and your belongings. Always make sure that you lock your vehicle and suite and that you keep your keys safe and out of sight. The Palisade gates open and close with an electronic controller (attached to your room keys). Please close the Gate behind you so that outsiders are deterred from entering. Speed limit: All roads 20km
Furniture and Equipment
If a guest damage the linen/furniture/appliances in the unit the guest will be held fully responsible for the cost to repair or replace the damaged goods.
Please keep all the furniture and equipment as they are as they get damaged when moved frequently. Furniture or linen may not be removed from the Units.
Lost Property
Please ensure to take all personal and valuable belongings on your departure as De Haven Oost and its owners and personnel will not take any responsibility for personal belongings left behind. De Haven Oost do not accept responsibility for any losses and or damages to persons and or personal property or inconvenience due to power failures and / or acts of God.
No Smoking in the Units. De Haven Oost reserves the right to issue a warning to smokers violating any smoke free zone, should any guest continue to disregard the no smoking act.
Inventory
Please check your Unit’s inventory immediately upon arrival and report any discrepancy.

- 2 months prior to your booking date: 60% of deposit is refundable.
- 1 month prior to your booking date: 30% of deposit is refundable.
- 29 days prior to your booking date: 0% of deposit is refundable
- Check Inn Time: From 14:00 until 16:00
- Check Out Time: Strictly 9:00am
- (We do consider special requests for earlier Check-in times when possible)
