How to book your accommodation
Step 1: Click on the "Book your accommodation here" button below and follow the steps to book your Unit.
A 50% non-refundable EFT payment must be made to confirm your booking date and unit.
PLEASE NOTE: Use the following reference method with your payment: Your Surname, date of arrival and Unit no i.e. Botha6May15F. Send your proof of payment to: accommodation@dehavenoost.co.za.
Step 2: After your deposit has been paid you will receive an email confirming your booking.
Step 3: Final Payment must be made 7 days before your arrival using our online accommodation booking system. Remember to send your proof of payment to: accommodation@dehavenoost.co.za.
Step 4: By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions stated below.

Suite C: En-suite Spa Shower (Max 4 Guests)
This spacious suite offers 2 double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a spa shower. Includes tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, and a microwave. Room only.
Suite D: En-suite Spa Bath and Shower (Max 4 Guests)

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made via email at accommodation@dehavenoost.co.za.

60% Refund: Cancellations made 2 months before the booking date.

30% Refund: Cancellations made 1 month before the booking date.

No Refund: Cancellations made 29 days or less before the booking date.
Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In: 14:00 – 16:00

Check-Out: Strictly 09:00

Special requests for earlier check-ins will be considered where possible.
Important Notice: Keys and Breakages

Keys: Leave your keys inside your unit and lock the door upon departure. A R250 fee will apply if keys are not returned.

Breakages/Shortages: Guests are accountable for any damages or shortages in their unit during their stay.

Lock vehicles and rooms at all times.

Keep keys safe and out of sight.

Close the electronic gate after use to deter unauthorized access.

Speed Limit: 20 km/h on all property roads.
Furniture and Equipment

Guests will be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged furniture, linen, or appliances.

Furniture must remain in its designated place to avoid damage.

Removal of furniture or linen from the unit is not permitted.
Lost Property

Please ensure you take all belongings upon departure. De Haven Oost is not responsible for personal items left behind.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by power failures or acts of nature.
No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units. Guests who violate this policy will receive a warning and must comply immediately.
Inventory Check

Check the unit’s inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately. This ensures your stay is as seamless as possible.
